Calculator and checklist entries.

Amounts, charge categories, quote dates and checkbox states are processed in the current page. The website does not send those inputs to its server, save them to browser storage or include them in the page URL. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. Fonts and scripts are served with the site.

Printing uses your browser’s printing function. If you save a PDF, the resulting file and any printer handling are controlled by your device and print settings. The blank downloadable worksheet does not upload completed information to us.

Cookies, analytics and advertising.

The site does not set its own cookies, use browser local storage, run analytics, embed third-party media or collect marketing signups. Published pages load Google AdSense code for site verification and potential ad serving. Google may receive request, device and browser information when this code loads. Our ads.txt seller declaration also identifies the publisher account.

Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using visits across participating websites. Whether an ad appears depends on approval, account settings, visitor choices and available advertising.

You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center and learn about participating vendors’ opt-out choices at YourAdChoices. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements or all advertising-related storage.

Before personalized advertising is used in covered regions, applicable consent controls must be configured through Google’s Privacy & messaging tools or another certified consent platform. There are currently no other active advertising networks on this site.

Hosting and ordinary requests.

The public website is hosted on Vercel. Serving and protecting pages involves processing connection and request information, which can include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and security signals. Vercel may process this information in operational or security logs. Calculator amounts are not included in these requests by our code.

Email and external links.

Clicking an email link opens your email app. If you send a message, your address and message are processed by the email services involved and received by the publisher. Messages may be kept to investigate and document corrections. A fixed retention period is not represented here as having been configured. Contact us to ask about a message you sent.

Following an external source link takes you to a separate website with its own data practices. We do not control the lessor or agency sites linked in our guides.
